java - Suddenly Unable to launch application using JNLP -

i facing strange problem, have been launching application using jnlp on windows machine jdk/jre 1.7. has been working fine far, jnlp not working.

tried jre 1.8 well, same issue. on start see jre launch screen , closes.

any suggestions appreciated.
