serial port - Python Auto-Start pyGSM Huawei -

i have python script uses pygsm library sending , receiving sms. however, wish put script on auto-run upon booting raspberry pi. connecting time of huawei modem takes while, hence causing shell script skip step. how make confirm connected perform python script?
