Connecting to MySQL database on Google Cloud Storage from IPv6 -

i @ location has ipv6 rather ipv4 (this becoming more common) , cannot connect. i'm going storage->sql->accesscontrol ipv4, clicking "add item" , putting address under "network". haven't had issues enabling ipv4 way, haven't succeeded ipv6 in of several locations i've tried. missing something??
